How it works
From your product page to a filed takedown
- 1
Add your brand, once
- Your brand name, and your trademark number if you have one. No trademark? Copyright in your own photos is enough to start.
- Paste your Shopify store address and we read your public product feed: photos, titles and prices come in automatically. Not on Shopify? Add products by hand.
- List your official stores and authorized sellers. They go on an allowlist, so we never flag your own listings or your stockists.
- 2
We search on a schedule
- Weekly, every 3 days or daily, depending on your plan. You can also start a scan yourself.
- We use Etsy's official Open API and a licensed Google search and Google Lens API. We don't run our own scrapers.
- The moment we find a listing we save the evidence: the seller name and ID, the listing details, a screenshot and the time we saw it. Listings vanish; the evidence shouldn't.
- 3
Triage clears the noise
- Each listing is scored on how closely its photo matches yours, whether the title repeats your brand or product name, and how far its price sits below yours.
- Your allowlisted sellers are dismissed straight away. So are listings that clearly aren't your product.
- What's left is ranked, explained in one line, and grouped by seller, so twenty listings from one shop show up as one shop.
- 4
You confirm
- Each match sits next to your original. You choose: it's a copy, it's not, or it's one of mine.
- Everything triage dismissed is in its own tab. Look through it whenever you like and pull anything back.
- Confirm one listing, or every listing from a seller in one go.
- 5
We prepare the notice
- A copyright (DMCA) notice when they've used your photos. A trademark complaint where you hold a trademark.
- Written for that platform, with your details, the listings and the evidence, plus a link to the right report form.
- You read it, you submit it. The statements in a notice are yours, so the final step stays with you.
- 6
We track what happens next
- Filed, removed, counter-notice received, came back. Each is its own status with dates.
- On Growth and Pro, relisting watch checks removed listings and tells you if the same seller puts them back up.
- A monthly report in the same format every time: found, filed, removed and came back, counted by notice and by listing (one notice can remove many listings).

The questions behind the questions
What exactly is the AI allowed to do?
Dismiss clear non-matches, rank the rest, group them by seller and write a one-line reason for each. That's it. It can't confirm a copy and it can't file anything. Those actions only exist behind your click, and an automated test checks it before every deploy.
What if triage dismisses a real copy?
Dismissed listings stay in their own tab, with the reason. You can open any of them and mark it as a copy. We also sample dismissals and track how often customers overturn them, and we'll publish that number once we have enough scans to make it mean something.
Why don't you send the notice to the website's domain registrar?
Because a registrar can only suspend the whole domain. One bad page could take a whole innocent business offline. We send notices to the marketplace or the web host only.
Can I use it from Claude or another AI assistant?
Yes. We run an MCP server, so you can ask Claude to list your findings, explain one, or draft a notice. It can't confirm or file. Instead it hands you a link back to your dashboard, where you do that yourself.
